🍵Come by early and grab some herbal goods or an iced tea prior to the event beginning!
🍂Event Experience:
We will have a large altar space setup for any offerings or pictures/momentos of your ancestors you would like to add. Offerings can be flowers, ancestors fav food/candy, candles, etc.
Energy Practitioner/Death Comadre Consuelo will support opening the space to welcome in Spirit with a crystal sound bowl meditation and an intuitive prayer. She will take time holding energetic space and tending the ofrenda. Energy Practitioner/Death Comadre Sonya will also be taking time holding energy space for all participants.
Spirit Medium Christina will be connecting to spirit and relaying messages after the opening crystal sound bowl meditation. Not everyone in attendance is guaranteed a message, but please know there is a special reason for your attendance if you feel called to be present.

🧘🏽♀️Come and experience deep relaxation and balance with Energy Reset + Sound, combining energy healing and soothing sound therapy to restore harmony to mind and body.
Consuelo opens the space with gentle sound and a guided meditation to support your mind and energy to relax and drop into your parasympathetic nervous system. Followed by a few gentle minutes of energy healing for each person. Closed by sound energy and a guided meditation and your own intention setting to carry you into the following month.
💟 You are welcomed to bring your own yoga mat and pillow. Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets will also be available.
